On Influx, creators make videos about other creators. If you want to get seen, you buy videos about yourself. If you make a video, you get paid for it. Every video is labeled as an ad.

1. Roles

Whoever buys videos about themselves buys an advertising service from Influx. Influx is the contracting party and seller of this service.

Whoever makes a video (push) delivers the service as an independent contractor of Influx. Minimum age 18.

2. Service

A push is a short video on TikTok or Instagram that shows or names the pushed person (@name) and is labeled as an ad. The creator decides what the video looks like.

Influx does not sell followers, likes, comments, clicks or views. Nobody can promise how many people will see a video. The chosen price applies per video, regardless of the audience.

3. Price and process

The pushed person chooses the price per video when buying: €5, €10, €15, €20 or €25. The creator who makes it receives 70 % of it. The rest goes to VAT, payment fees and Influx (see pricing).

Whoever taps “Make it” has 48 hours to post the video and submit the link. After that the video is open to others again.

7 days after submission the money is available, if the video is still online and has not been successfully reported.

4. Labeling and honesty

Every video is labeled as an ad (#ad or the local equivalent in the caption, plus the platform's paid-partnership toggle where available). Without a label there is no payment.

Videos are honest. Praise is not required, Influx never pays for a specific opinion. Insults, hate and humiliation are prohibited.

5. Review and reporting

Influx checks submitted links automatically where the platform allows it, otherwise by a person. The first videos of new creators are always checked by a person.

The pushed person can report a video within 7 days of submission, only for rule violations (e.g. missing label, not about the person, insults or hate), not for reasons of taste. Influx decides within 48 hours. Without a decision in that time, the payout goes ahead.

If a report is upheld, the video is not paid and the pushed person gets the video back (it is open again).

6. Prohibitions

Bots, bought views or interactions, fake and multiple accounts, videos about yourself and arrangements to push each other are prohibited. Violations lead to suspension; amounts paid out wrongly will be reclaimed.

Excluded topics: see content rules.

7. Rights

Whoever buys videos about themselves allows creators to use their name, @handle and publicly posted content for the video, to the extent they hold the rights.

8. Payouts and taxes

You can cash out from your first video, with no minimum, after a one-time identity check through our payment provider. Your email address must be confirmed before the first payout.

Creators receive the full amounts and are responsible for their own taxes. Influx reports earnings under DAC7.
